The weekend is probably the worst time for me. I won’t even put down what I ate. I will be heading home in two weekends, in which I can use the scale to assess my situation correctly. Yesterday I drank around 7.5 to 8 cups of water, and today I drank a little over 8 cups. And now I’m gorging on a coke zero. I’m PMSing.. maybe it’ll pass once this is over with. I know it’s not the end of the day, but I already figured out I’m going to have to take this slower in order to be effective. So I’m revising my guidelines. Still drink 8 cups of water a day.
