Just the Same But Brand New
Green eyes. 5’6”, dark blonde. Can’t wait for my hair to be long again.
My brand new weight will be 123. I have a small frame.
Here’s how I’ll do it:
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day. And here’s how I’ll do THAT: one when I wake up, one after work, one before I go to bed, one at lunch, one at dinner, and three more spread throughout the day. I can do that.
- Take the stairs to the fifth floor, then ride the elevator the rest of the way. We’ll start out like that, until I can make it up all five flights without a breath. Then onto nine flights of stairs.
- Switch out lunch or dinner for a salad. What would be most effective is whatever meal I don’t eat with Chris, I eat a salad. That way, I can eat pasta when I crave it during the day.
- No sugary foods including candy, Nutter Butters, and Poptarts. Also no foods high in sodium like goldfish.
- No salt added!
And that should be good for awhile until my body gets used to it. We’ll see how much I lose at first then add more goals along the way.
